Marie Hradečná graduated from Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc in 2008 and further graduated from Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno (English language and literature) in 2007. She deepened her knowledge of English during her study stay at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece in 2006.

In 2008 and 2009 she worked in Law Office where she specialized on debt collection and solving execution disputes.

She has been working in the Law Office of Mgr. Alena Straubová since 2009, first as a legal trainee and since 2012 as a cooperating lawyer.

She primarily focuses on civil and family law, debt collection and executions.

She is a member of Czech Bar Association.
